The Pelikan Souverän M800 Indian Ocean Special Edition introduces a captivating combination of color, craftsmanship, and inspiration from nature. As the first release in Pelikan’s new Oceans Series, this fountain pen celebrates the beauty and mystery of the world’s oceans. Its distinctive acrylic barrel and cap feature flowing patterns of deep ocean blue and vibrant golden yellow, inspired by sunlight reflecting across the sea. Each pen has its own unique color pattern, making every piece visually individual.
The pen features a handcrafted 18-carat gold nib, available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, and Broad widths, offering a refined writing experience associated with Pelikan’s Souverän collection. Its traditional piston-filling mechanism allows direct filling from bottled fountain pen ink. The design is further enhanced by premium 24-carat gold-plated trim, including distinctive satin-finished single rings on the cap and piston knob. These refined details complement the vibrant acrylic material while preserving the recognizable M800 silhouette.
Made in Germany, the Pelikan Souverän M800 Indian Ocean is presented in an elegant gift box and forms part of a distinctive new collection inspired by different oceans around the world. Combining individually patterned materials, traditional piston-filling technology, and luxurious gold detailing, this special edition is an excellent addition for fountain pen collectors and enthusiasts who appreciate exceptional design and fine writing craftsmanship.
