P.W. Akkerman Fountain Pen Ink - 27. Bezuidenwoud groen

P.W. Akkerman Fountain Pen Ink in 27 Bezuidenwoud Groen is a deep forest green ink with slightly muted undertones that give it a calm and sophisticated appearance on the page. The color leans more natural and understated rather than bright, with subtle variation that becomes especially noticeable in broader nibs where the shading starts to show through more clearly.

The ink flows smoothly and feels balanced in everyday writing, making it comfortable for longer sessions without feeling overly wet or dry. Depending on the paper and pen, the green can shift gently between darker moss tones and softer olive hues, which gives handwriting a more layered and organic look.

Like the rest of the Akkerman collection, it comes in the brand’s signature glass bottle with the marble reservoir system that makes filling easier even when the ink level gets low. The overall character of Bezuidenwoud Groen feels refined and slightly traditional, offering a green that stands out quietly rather than demanding attention.
