Kaweco Brass Sport Fountain Pen

The Kaweco Sport Fountain Pen in Brass takes the beloved compact Sport shape and gives it a completely different feel and personality thanks to its solid brass body. Unlike the lighter aluminum or plastic versions, this one feels weighty and substantial in hand  it’s noticeably heavier and more robust, which many people love because it feels like a real tool rather than just a small pen. 

When it’s new, the brass has a bright golden tone, but as you use it over time it develops a rich patina that’s unique to your own handling and environment. That means the more you write with it, the more character the pen builds, and no two pens age the same. 

It’s compact when capped and slips easily into a pocket, but once you post the cap on the back it becomes a comfortable size for everyday writing. The nib is a small stainless steel unit that writes smoothly, and you can choose different nib widths from extra fine to double broad. Like other Kaweco Sport pens, it uses short international ink cartridges, and there’s an optional converter if you prefer bottled ink.
