We want you to absolutely love what you ordered from Write Love. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To start a return, please email us at info@writelovepens.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions, including a return shipping label if eligible.
How to return an item:
- Make sure the item is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Carefully seal the package and attach the return shipping label provided (if applicable).
- Drop off the package at your local post office or preferred courier as soon as possible.
What happens next?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, or offer store credit or an exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds typically appear within a few business days after processing.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping costs depend on your order total, where you’re located, and the items in your cart.
For U.S. orders, we offer free shipping on purchases over a certain amount—this will be clearly shown at checkout if your order qualifies. For smaller orders or heavier items like pen cases or notebooks, a standard shipping fee may apply.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. We work with reliable carriers to get your order to you safely and as affordably as possible.
We always show the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase—no surprises, no hidden fees.

Yes, you can request a change to your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order is still being processed and hasn’t entered the packing or shipping stage, we’re happy to help update your items, adjust quantities, or even swap colors or styles (if available).
Once your order has been packed and shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer make changes. At that point, you’ll need to follow our Returns & Exchanges process after receiving your package.
